While not required, we strongly recommend attending. This allows you to ask questions, see issues firsthand, and get expert advice. 

We focus on major defects, safety hazards, and costly repairs. Minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., scratched paint) may be noted but aren’t the priority. 

Most reports are delivered within 24–48 hours, including photos and detailed findings. Rush options may be available.
